Collecting feedback is only the beginning of a service-improvement project. People may describe a difficult booking process, unclear instructions or a communication that arrived too late. A useful response connects those observations to a change the organisation can make, while being honest about what has and has not been established. This guide suggests a practical way to organise that work. It does not present results from a World Charity study or claim that any particular intervention has been evaluated.
